Well, here it is, 2011, and I have decided to switch to English. The reason is that I want to document some of Luka's interesting observations of life, and as he is mostly speaking English, it is just a lot easier to do it like this. Also, I realized that the only people that read this blog can understand English just fine, so here we go:
Returned from a birthday party tonigt. Ana fell asleep on the way back, in spite of cake, fruit, juice and other treats full of sugar. It is cold outside (yes, that does happen in Texas), so she looked adorable in her pink jacket and fashion-forward white boots that granny (diddy) bought her. Speaking of cold outside, Ana thinks that is how you say that something is cold. Thus, everything is "cold outside". She will take a sip of water and proclaim it to be "Cold outside". Andy still adores the way she says "Shoes" and prompts her to say it several times a day.
We returned from Hollywood Beach, FL, few days ago. We being Taca, Mia, Seka, Ana and I. It was a great liitle vacation, Ana and Mia had the best time splashing in the Atlantic ocean as well as the hotel pool. On the way back (in the plane) we discovered that Ana had tree nut allergy. But, everything ended well, now we just have to be very careful that she does not eat any nuts.
Luka will be four soon. He is very sweet and a bit shy, reminds me a lot of me. Right now he is very concerned about tornadoes, as he saw one in the IMAX in 3D and apparently got a bit scared. He is also very attached to his Rudolph stuffed toy, he sleeps with it and had a clown at the party make him a Rudolph out of baloons. I wanted to post a couple of funny thoughts that he has come up with lately:
1. Luka, you are going to watch an airplane movie with dada, and maybe even fly a plane! Aaaam, I am too little to fly a plane, I may press a "land" button
2. Luka, did you go use a potty? Yes, but it was not a "Bravo, bravo!"
